All of our postage is based on weight, product type and total order cost. To get a delivery price please add the items to your shopping cart where you can get a shipping price to your location.
We do understand that people like free delivery but as we know delivery is never free. This is why we have a complex back end system to ensure that you only pay for the delivery that is true to the order you place. Why should you pay hidden delivery cost's when we can use a system that can calculate a cost that is true value.
All orders ordered before 11 am GMT we will aim to dispatch the same working day. Any orders ordered after 11 am will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders containing HTV vinyls can take extra time to post as they are made to order.
Personalised items are normally dispatched within 3 working days.
Some larger orders may take a couple of days to dispatch.
Any orders placed on a non working day will be dispatched the next working.
Please note at busy times your order might take a couple of days extra to be made.
Delivery times are estimates only. We will try hard to meet our delivery times but are not responsible for any delayed or unsuccessful deliveries. Sometimes orders may take longer to fulfill and certain services may be removed during our seasonal sales, periods of promotional activity or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather. If your delivery does not arrive when expected, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org Delivery outside of the UK can take longer.
All our products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. If your delivery address is outside the European Union (EU) you may have to pay import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You are responsible for any such duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs or tax office for further details.
Free delivery is offered on all UK orders over £50.00. Please note that these orders might be sent via a courier with an expected delivery of 4-7 working days. You can still select a paid for service if you require your items sooner.
I can exchange or return an item?
If you wish to exchange or return an item please contact us via email email@example.com and will will arrange a return.
If you need to return a product purchased from Made Your Way (Little Bow Prints) then you have 30 days to do so. The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.
The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.
We regret that we cannot accept returns on non-faulty personalised items and custom-made items. Please note that pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.
If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 14 days.
Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable return delivery charge.

Due to costs we are sorry but we are unable to post outside of the UK over 1.90 KG. If you would like to order over this weight please contact us for a quote.
Some items within our shop cannot be shipped outside of the UK. The item will display Please note we are only able to dispatch this item within the UK. under the description of the item. If this is ordered outside of the UK you will automatically be refunded.
Deliveries are not made on Sundays or on public holidays. A specific time slot cannot be specified with any of our delivery options.
